The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual well-being and life expectancy and marital satisfaction in women with breast cancer. The research method is descriptive-correlational and in the field data collection was used. This is an applied research in terms of the application of the results. The statistical population of the study included all patients with breast cancer in Takht Tavos Society of Handicapped, 70 of them were analyzed by total sampling method. For data collection, the standard questionnaire of spiritual wellbeing, life expectancy questionnaire and life satisfaction questionnaire were used. Further, using SPSS version 25 the data were analyzed in terms of descriptive statistics and the coefficient of correlation at the error level of 0.05 was studied. The results of the skidding and tensile test show that the given variable data are normally distributed. Also, the results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual well-being with life expectancy and marital satisfaction in women with breast cancer.
