Prediction of Vulnerability to Stress Based on psychological capital and Personality Traits among Coronavirus treatment staf

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to Prediction of Vulnerability to Stress Based on psychological capital  and Personality Traits among Coronavirus treatment staf. The research design is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the present study included all the treatment staff of Korna's hospitals in Tehran in 1399 228 people were selected as a statistical sample by convenience sampling method. Data collection tools included Neo McCray and Costa (1985) Short Form Personality Questionnaire, Latens et al. (2007) Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Seyed Khorasani and Sedighani (1998) Stress Syndrome Scale. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis showed that personality traits and psychological capital were correlated with coronary artery stress vulnerability by 0.62, which means that 39% of the total variance of coronary artery stress stress by which Personality traits and psychological capital are explained. Also, the results showed that among personality traits, neuroticism, openness to experience, agreement and conscientiousness, and among psychological capital, self-efficacy and optimism, they were able to predict vulnerability to coronary artery stress.
