Relationship between self compassion, optimism and perceived social support variables to predicting aim of psychological well–being in MS people

Abstract
This study stablished by self compassion, optimism and perceived social support variables to predicting aim of psychological well–being in MS people. For this purpose selected 120 people with MS whose ages were 20–40 years during 5 months among referred peoples to patients with karaj City MS center and studied as an research sample. Data were gathered by resilience (CD–RISC), optimism (LOT), perceived social support (MSPSS) and psychological well–being (RSPWB–54) questionnaires and were answered by statistical method of hierarchical multiple regression. In total Results showed that perceived social support, optimism and dimensions resilience variables predicted %45/6 of the variance psychological well – being. Perceived social support variable predicted %11/5 of variance psychological well–being with 0/339 regression coefficient and 0/01 Significance level. Optimism predicted %5 of variance psychological well–being variable with 0/225 regression coefficient and 0/01Significance level. Resilience dimensions variable predicted %29 of variance psychological well – being. Despite the role of resilience dimensions In explaining of variance psychological well – being Only Significanted The coefficients of path of two trust and control dimensions with 0/306 and 0/231 regression coefficients in level %5. According to results, research can be concluded that resilience, optimism and perceived social support variables explain a considerable and significantly proportion of psychological well–being
